CNN today renewed its call for entries to CNN Heroes, the network's annual award that honors the everyday citizens from around the globe who are changing the world. 

At almost 60 years of age, she still cuts a glamorous figure, balancing her roles as actress, painter, charity worker and mother of six. Best known for her roles in the 1973 James Bond film Live and Let Die and the American TV drama Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman, the award-winning actress Jane Seymour joins this week's Talk Asia to share with host Anjali Rao stories from her career, including being a Bond girl and working with Roger Moore. She also reveals the secret to her happy marriage with producer James Keach and the lessons learnt from her previous relationships.

Following the launch of CNN's acclaimed app for the iPhone and iPod touch in the United States last year, CNN today announced the availability of the international version of the CNN App on the App Store.  Available free of charge to users outside of the U.S., the international version of the CNN App is purpose-built and designed to provide a visually-driven news experience for iPhone and iPod touch users who demand accessibility and convenience.

In June, the oil spill disaster in the Gulf brought enormous traffic to CNN.com, including the most live video plays in 2010. The site served 13 million live video streams in June, a 214% increase over the prior 6-month average, due in large part to a continuous live stream from an underwater camera in the Gulf. In addition to video, CNN.com's oil spill coverage generated more than 37 million page views, and users have submitted nearly 3,000 iReports with more than 200 vetted for use on CNN in June.

He's a filmmaker who is not afraid of tackling sensitive issues or upsetting Thai censors. And even though some critics are puzzled by his work, he's no stranger to the red carpet.
